Refund policy
Prerequisites:

You must be the authenticated recipient or representative of the material.

You must check the material, if possible, in the presence of an authorized delivery person/driver or report any issues within a week of receipt.

You must inspect packings/boxes for obvious damage during delivery and note on delivery note

You must inspect individual pieces of natural stone tiles/slabs for damage. Any such damage must be reported within a week of delivery

To report any claims please contact us by telephone or email as detailed on our website

Reporting of any damage, causes for the return, refund, must be accurately detailed and where relevant supported by photographic evidence.

If you have a specific reason for your order to be returned, please keep all packaging intact and in a resalable condition.
Return Policies:

Your claim may not be accepted if you initiate or make a return claim after one week from receipt date.

You must have a receipt, a copy of an invoice, and other delivery documents to support any return claim.

Returns will not be accepted for opened and or damaged crates (unless caused by transit damage)

Returns will not be accepted if products have been installed or used in any way

Returns will not be accepted for customized orders without manufacturing defect

Returns will not be accepted for Clearance sale items.

No refund will be made on Product Samples.

Returns: may be accepted
Our products are made from Natural material, therefore, variations in grains, veins, and patterns are usual. If you have selected products based on the stock-photos uploaded in our brochure or website, you may find the shipped product does not exactly match the product shown in the images.
If you are not satisfied with our products based on such variations and products are not damaged we may at our discretion accept the returns or exchanges. Please note that restocking & transport charges will apply
Return Due to Quality Issues/Minor Defects
All our products are thoroughly checked prior to shipment. If we however find the claim to be legitimate and reasonable then we may accept the return.
Incorrect Size & Shape
Our products are supplied and conform to Industry accepted technical and dimensional tolerances and specifications.

We may accept returns for products that are outside industry recognized technical or dimensional tolerance specification
Damage in transit
To avoid issues with a damage in Transit claim…we suggest

To be present at time of delivery

Check products as soon as they are unloaded, inform the driver of any obvious damage, detail on delivery notes and take photographic evidence. Please inform us immediately with supporting evidence.
Refund Policies:

We only offer a refund for standard/stock products, not for customized products (unless it can be shown that said products were made incorrectly from original agreed specification)

We will consider a refund only on products with manufacturing/structural defects.

A refund can only be accepted for returned products if approved by an authorized person. Please therefore follow the procedures set out in our Returns policy

To save any delays or rejection of refund claim, please ensure that you follow the procedures set out in our Returns policy

We do not accept claims for refund for surplus or unused products

Any agreed refunds will be made as soon as practicably possible
Order Cancellation

You can cancel an order and get a refund if the order has not yet been processed in the warehouse or shipped.

At our discretion, we may accept cancellation of processed and shipped orders. However any refund will be subject to restocking and delivery costs.
